1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskSpace ("Service"), available at trytaskspace.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaskSpace.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TaskSpace is a team management and accountability platform designed to help teams track goals, manage tasks, run structured meetings, and maintain organizational alignment. The Service includes features such as scorecards, to-do management, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and reporting tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains current and accurate

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by TaskSpace and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant TaskSpace a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your consent.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing cycle
• You are responsible for providing valid and current payment information
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features

Free plans or trial periods may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Data Privacy

8. Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskSpace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TaskSpace in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
